What does this mean?

    I found this on the door to the bonus room.

           The Beast doesn't know when or why he wrote it.

                                  

   It says...

           No tails. The rales. No throwing high. No fighting. No smoking. No denting walls.


      He just informed me that "rales" was supposed to be "rules".
